Rita Musser, EA, NTPI Fellow is the owner and President of LynOak Tax Services, ltd. She is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agents are unrestricted in the tax matters they can address and taxpayers they can represent before the IRS. In December 2023, Ms. Musser became a National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) Fellow completing the NAEA's program covering all facets of taxpayer representation before the IRS.
Ms. Musser brings over eight years of experience in individual, small business, and corporate tax preparation; professional accounting and bookkeeping; and representation of taxpayers in various tax matters.
Ms. Musser is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). She currently sits on the Board of the Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents (OSSEA) as a Director as well as presiding as President of the Greater Dayton Chapter of the OSSEA.
